CMYKTool now has an optional color unmanaged conversion

New version of CMYKTool, an RGB<>CMYK color managed conversion tool is out with a somewhat unconventional new feature.
That feature is color unmanaged RGB>CMYK conversion which is now possible, when you select a new "None" option for output profile. It is sometimes desirable to just convert colors when you really know what you are doing.
Other changes in this version are:
- CMYKTool now remembers last used options in the Save dialog
- the Preferences dialog now has soon to be used "External tools" tab
- French localization of user interface was added (Cedric Gemy)
