LaTeXDraw 2.0.3 gets EPS and PDF exporting

New version of LaTeXDraw features exporting to EPS and PDF, Italian localisation, and bugfixes.
The appllication is a vector graphics editor that outputs PSTricks code ready to be inserted to LaTeX documents (which is where its name comes from).
