darktable 0.3 released with color management and more features

New version of darktable, free/libre digital light table and Raw converter, is out.

Changes:

• most processing is now done in CIE LAB, which means better EV and tonecurve adjustment, better denoising;
• cropping and rotating added, the very first steps to use LensFun were made;
• code reorganized into plug-ins;
• filtering an rating finally works in light table mode;
• LittleCMS powered color management was implemented;
• all development is in git now.
