UFRaw 0.16 gets multicore support and new tools

New version of UFRaw is out with some major new features like 100% preview, hot pixel removal and more.
Here is the complete list of changes:
- the long anticipated 100% preview, not quite finished yet, but there;
- lightness adjustment for up to three hues selected with a color picker, all calculations are done in CIE LAB;
- multicore support for preview rendering and VNG interpolation;
- a simple rotation controller;
- hot pixel removal added;
- as usual, bugfixes;
